Bummer, this is an uphill battle with almost no positive resolution for you. The only upside I can see is that doing it this way will get your site some traffic. One of my companies is a screen printer and over the years we've found 5 - 10 other sites using our copy, word for word. Usually people are pretty embarrassed when you call them out privately and just handle it.
