There may be the perception that they "can't" - and it is realistic to state this - but they actually can.
- daemin 14y agoBad use of language on my part, it would probably be more accurate to say that they won't, because of the politics involved.
- AnthonBerg 14y agoFWIW it was absolutely not the intention to criticise you, what you said, or how you said it – I'd have said the same thing as you did. I felt the need to put the distinction forward as I'm in the eternal process of removing "can't"'s from my mindset.
