- nextparadigms 14y agoAt least they can determine a person's innocence after they're dead. The system works!
- cma 14y agoSeems to be wider than you are claiming: "unless there is explicit intelligence posthumously proving them innocent" is the quote. What burden of proof are they using?
- pavel_lishin 14y agoWhen the rocket hit 'em, they exploded, therefore they must have had explosives on them, therefore they're a combatant.
