Seems most comments are nitpicking some of the amounts and references he uses to make some of his points. This is what I read into it as a developer who has been in similar types of meetings: 1. Charge what you are worth not what the person who has the App idea wants to pay you which in some cases is next to nothing. 2. Pay no attention to people saying, "but my friend says can do it in 3 days". Tell the truth and if they can't accept the truth move on. There is no point in explaining to someone that the most sustainable way to lose weight and keep it off is years of eating well and exercise.
