I can't even believe there WAS a shopping cart patent. I mean, what? How else are you supposed to do it? I mean.. seriously? They patented the concept of keeping track of things a customer intends to buy? If no one had ever done this before, how many people would arrive a this solution tomorrow? It's not hard to implement and absurdly obvious to even think of.

these patent trolls are everywhere, whats worse is even the big names in the industry are doing similar things!!! patents if anything should allow innovation but not be a bump on the way to innovation!!!
