  Exactly. The difference a month makes. It has been noted in the media that the Aaron Swartz case might not affect her status as a prosecutor, but her political aspirations are effectively over (for now).

    What leads you to conclude that this has had a major impact on her political viability? Put another way, I doubt the petition to deport Piers Morgan had a significant impact on his ratings.
