I am only assuming that's what will happen. If you're innovating in the search space like Google have been doing so for a long time now and of late, Facebook then you're going to attract attention of the bigger players who are trying to gain bigger footholds in a particular niche. Hopefully they don't get acquired and are super successful. Time will tell.
