Can someone explain to me why AT&T is allowed to unlock phones if unlocking phones is illegal?
- fpgeek 14y agoUnlocking phones isn't illegal. Unlocking phones without permission (of the manufacturer and/or the carrier the phone is locked to) is what will become illegal.
