Criticism at times can be good, but cutting, humiliating pointless criticism never is. Also the fact that that didn't give her any feedback as to why it is was so wrong, amplifies the fact that it wasn't just criticism. Mob-mentality is one of the worst things. If Heather hadn't posted on her blog, she might have had to suffer in silence. If you are going to criticize someone, atleast have the decency to point out what's wrong and how they could've done better.
