Read the US Government's case. It's pretty clearly laid out. Megaupload employees were even sharing links to user-uploaded pirated content hosted on their servers. Those who release pirated content in a particular way. All non-p2p warez groups.

  There is no judgement on this case yet. As far as I know people are still considered inocent until they are judged guilty. And that is without going into all the shit that went on during the Megaupload story.

      That's for proper jury or court to judge. At least in democratic legal systems.
