You guys seem to be using the daily scrum as a planning meeting, I would suggest to add all the after-meeting stuff to the backlog and discuss them in the next sprint planning. Daily scrums should not take longer than 15 mins. A good scrummaster will keep them under 5 mins in average for a 12 member team. One thing I usually do when daily scrums start getting out of hand is to politely mention long meetings as a blocker to get my job done. After repeating the same for a few days it will start to sink in...
