Extra bonus points if the original tech stack used on the website was wildly inappropriate because "it's only going to be a small website to do x"
And big globs of functionality keep getting grafted on until the point where you're terrified to touch anything in case it all falls apart.
- digitalengineer 14y agoIndeed. I did not know it at the time but it's called The Salami Technique'. Works best if you've got an inexperienced or scared Project Manager.
