Out of curiosity (Not really knowing how things are in US)
- What typically happens after 12 weeks of paternity leave? Mommy returns to work and child goes to daycare?
- This article mentioned only women, what about men? Any father periods/leaves ?
- krakensden 14y agoOften, mommy quits. Paternity leave is pretty rare, and limited to the upper end of white collar jobs.
- jacalata 14y agoDo you have any data on how often women quit after maternity leave? Especially broken down by industry/job type?
