This is extremely disrespectful to women. They aren't objects.
- gailees 14y agoGuys are already talking to each other about the girls they hookup with -- we just made the process more digital and secure.
- Nursie 14y agoIt's just low.
- michaelrkn 14y agoyou could make a facebook for white supremacists and say you weren't encouraging racism, just making the process more digital and secure.
- lazerwalker 14y agoJust because people are already doing some sort of negative and disrespectful thing, that doesn't make it alright to build a tool to actively encourage people to continue doing it.
- gailees 14y agoAre you saying that talking with your closest friends about the girls you've been with is negative and disrespectful?
- Nursie 14y agoCan be, often is, yup.
- stephencanon 14y agoTo put it succinctly: a gentleman doesn't kiss and tell. It's disrespectful of the trust that your partner places in you by engaging in what is fundamentally a private interaction to share it publicly without their permission.
- tomjen3 14y agoActually this is a natural consequence of a society strangled by church views on morality. When can we give up the idea that sex, for no other reason than gratification, lust and desire is in any way bad? When can we get over the idea that women don't want sex? That they shouldn't be allowed to want sex? That they should feel sorry for wanting to have sex? If you accept that women should have the same rights as men, it should follow that they should be the one to choose when, how, where and whom to sleep with -- and how often. But of course, if you don't, if you believe that women are somehow inferior to men in matters of judgement, then your comment makes perfect sense. That is not an argument I can support, though.
