- chimi 14y agoThe vast majority of them do need a lot of work, especially from tax sales. From Sheriff Sales, where the home owner fails on a mortgage, the houses are in better shape, but cost more. It's not an avenue for everyone, but neither is giving up coffee at starbucks I suppose.
