- DannoHung 14y agoHmmm.... > Strings are the most common and fundamental form of handling text in software. Logically, and often physically, they contain contiguous arrays (vectors) of basic units. Most of the ICU API functions work directly with simple strings, and where possible, this is preferred. Nope. Though the UText API was promising... unfortunately, it is totally incomplete.
