Not sure if this is relevant, but http://ycombinator.com/seriesaa/aa-boardconsent.doc http://ycombinator.com/seriesaa/aa-boardconsent.doc has a typo... there is no section 1.iii .. it skips to 1.iiii and then 1.iv.
