I came up with an idea. It's Google Glass app+tool which controlled with this app. When Google glasses will come out there will be more people with app idea. So, should I patent my idea?
- uncoder0 14y agoNah, chances are 100 other people have the same idea. No one is going to steal it. Just build the best version of that idea and don't worry about what everyone else is doing.
- alastair 14y agoWhat you just described is basically why the patent system sucks - if your idea is so obvious that other people will think of it, it's not worthy of one. Your motive for getting the patent is to block other people from doing something obvious. Not a personal attack, just a passing comment.
