- byoung2 14y agoA company I worked for gave me a similar story when I asked about telecommuting...a programmer who used to work on site moved out of state (Oregon) but continued to work remotely. Then his hours got strange, and he couldn't be reached by phone except late at night. Then they noticed logins from India, and that's when they realized he had moved to India instead of Oregon.
