- SoftwareMaven 14y agoFor the same reason people can appeal their conviction if the law they were convicted of was found unconstitutional: it's as if the law never existed.
- mturmon 14y agoBecause then there would be a flood of revised tax returns from corporations previously excluded in past years. Probably this is not the last we have heard of this story.
