The tl;dr = Society of Thoracic Surgeons reduced a dataset and built a website. For people dealing with some pretty heavy heart issues, it's a damn useful item.
- carbocation 14y agoWe definitely used that site clinically (STS risk score) when I was rotating through the CVSICU at JHH. I don't usually barf out whatever I'm thinking, but I figured some people on HN would also be interested to know that this is actively used.
