Sure, as they make a lot of FullHD panels nowadays, a 1920x1080 display is very common, but you still can get 1920x1200 displays from almost any manufacturer, albeit at a higher price (and quite often higher quality). And you can get 16:10 versions of those IPS panels, which then sport a 2560x1600 resolution. About $550+ if you buy from the same Korean dealers (search for e.g. "Crossover 30Q5").
