- refurb 14y agoUmmm.... no. Prenatal care has a minimal impact on premature births.
- slurry 14y agoTrue, some other things have a greater impact on premature births than prenatal care, and the US system is shitty at those things as well. I picked access to prenatal care because it's one of the easiest ones to improve, it has a positive impact on a variety of metrics, and it should be desirable in itself to anyone who isn't a sociopath.
