The Eurozone is only 17 countries out of Europe's 50 countries. We're talking a combined population that's less than half of Europe's total population. So no, I don't think it's a fair comparison.
- dfxm12 14y agoWhen you saw the headline did you honestly believe that these new banknotes were going to become the currency for all of Europe, and not the set of countries that actually shares a currency?
