I think this is a great idea, but you could possibly word it more effectively. If I read that last sentence right, you're looking to go into business (IE, cofound) a startup with a dedicated, resourceful developer, presumably on an idea that you yourself buy into. Is this closer to what you're talking about than an angel/investment model?
