- kyochan 18y agoNo mention of killing Sarbanes-Oxley, which responsible of moving almost all the of the IPO market out of the country. If venture capital is so reluctant to invest, then lower the barriers of bringing a company public.
- russell 18y agoHear, Hear. I've got stock in a former employer, but I won't see anything until they go public or are acquired. The cost to go public is in the $3-5 million range. A lot of money in this climate.
