I'm not sure where you're getting #4 from. While dhh might actually believe Ruby programmers are the best, this post does not say or even imply that. He's saying that sometimes a design pattern isn't universal to every language. You need to shape your thinking to the language you're using. In general, I'd say that's a good thing to keep in mind (disregarding anything specific about DI from that post).
