Do SSL libraries in Java/ObjC use OCSP correctly? As far as I can tell, Android has OCSP disabled by default as the increased latency can be harmful on mobile.

Do SSL libraries in Java/ObjC use OCSP correctly? As far as I can tell, Android has OCSP disabled by default as the increased latency can be harmful on mobile. I believe Firefox has OCSP disabled by default as well?
