I have flexible hours. The company I work for does not micromanage every single minute of one's time. A project is assigned and must be completed within a given amount of time. This has made all of the difference for me. Not knocking the 8 to 5 at all. For some people, this is a great schedule. It just never worked out well for me. I believe it is important to find a schedule that works for you. If you put your mind to it, you can achieve it.
