I spent 3 months setting up the India operations for the startup I used to work for in 2006. The best part of the experience - Chai (and biscuits) served at my desk. Lunch was served too, but I prefer taking a break for lunch anyway. When you don't have to take a break for caffeine, it does wonders for your productivity.
