I would still prefer lastpass with 2 factor authentication enabled. Any reason you are not going this route? Sidenote: I wish my 2nd factor for passwords opened my front door and started my car. Kill physical keys, keep passwords.

Basically I feel more comfortable managing my own encrypted vault rather than sharing it (even encrypted) with a 3rd party.
