The authors also worked with Robbins - there are two paragraphs about this towards the end of the article. I enjoyed reading Sleights of Mind, but never got round to watching the videos on their site, http://www.sleightsofmind.com/media/ http://www.sleightsofmind.com/media/ I'll do that today.
