I've been talking to Josef Prusa and Kliment about going from print to cast. There's a few other guys who exactly that. The 2 makers' suggestions are to cast using natural PLA. It burns off the cleanest of all the current plastics. Along with that, I am very interested in Prusa's print head. It will be able to print PEEK, nylon, polycarbonate, and other hotter (and noxious outgassing) plastics.
