The author does a great job of telling you the types of questions to ask to set the stage for value based billing (how will you measure success) but also how to write proposals. I highly recommend this book if you are wasting your life on hourly billing.
- krmmalik 14y agoThanks for the input. I'm definitely not charging by the hour but I feel I could learn a lot more from the book so I'm definitely going to get to it soon. Did you derive more success from it as a result?
- cityzen 14y agoHonestly, it's hard to say because I have had more success lately but it could be attributed to many things. I would say it has played a role in that but wasn't the single contributing factor. Either way, it is definitely one of the more useful business books I've read and I have recommended it and gifted it to several people.
