The trouble is its only $5 and it's not even worth worrying about getting the money back, it's not going to hurt Google doing a chargeback anywhere near as much as this blog post will hopefully hurt them. Unfortuanlty for Google, because they have essentially no human face, public shaming is our only option to open up a dialog with them.
