      That's like saying the chinese military is accountable to the chinese people since the government is full of chinese citizens. (on second read--I can't tell if you're saying it's "accountable to shareholders" since the single majority shareholder is, indeed, a shareholder -- or -- if you're just agreeing with me. Anyway, it's a fun analogy.)
