Great insights as usual PG. We're dealing with an investment group that has this (in a much much smaller scale) in mind. My major concern for them is that I'm not so sure it can be done on a smaller scale. Do you think cities can do a small version of this and become not the next Silicon Valley but at least startup friendly?
