As someone who's been trying to build a single project since February, I never expected things to take this long. "The team" keeps finding things to extend because of some issue somewhere (so many race conditions), and I'm constantly worried that things wouldn't be good enough to launch. I've started adding a "let's make sure we avoid overengineering" to my plan review prompts. I'm still hoping I can launch in maybe two weeks.
