Hey everyone my name is Miles this is my project. I am serious about 24hrs and know it's possible (at least for NMOS) because my record is 8 hrs from virgin wafer to cascadable NMOS devices (not even that heavily speed optimized). These NMOS devices had very poor characteristics, were very fragile, and the process was not repeatable. I am currently solving these problems (all of which have tractable and commercially demonstrated solutions) and intend to sell NMOS in the coming months. I have designs for the 24hr CMOS version and have strong conviction it will work. I am putting together a new page on gothamsilicon.com so people can have much greater insight into what I'm working on/how (expect this by EOD today). It will include information about my technical approach, process run sheets I have ran/intend to test, code and documentation for tools I have made/use, experimental data, and most excitingly POV footage of entire lab sessions. I am trying to figure out ways to livestream lab sessions. For a sample of this POV footage and to get notified when I start uploading the long sessions check out my youtube https://www.youtube.com/@nfjesifb/streams https://www.youtube.com/@nfjesifb/streams . Anyway please AMA.
P.S. if you or anyone you know is good at MOS device fab and/or has extensive experience at the Berkeley Nano Lab I want to talk to you. Also if you want to make stuff with this kind of process let's talk.
