Could have installed libretorrent in about 12 seconds network dependent. Feels kinda like classic LLM obsession. You've used it to "save you time" in a problem that didnt need solving. Big part of engineering used to always be knowing what you didn't need to build something for as well
- saadn92 6d agoBig part of engineering is to know what tool to use in what situation and in this case, this tool fit perfectly for my needs. Your needs may be different, so that tool will work for you. There's no obsession here. All I've stated is that LLMs have saved me time and money and that's something I can actually measure. You're free to believe that or not, but it's my experience.
