Another point worth mentioning is that apart from Israel, Arab armies have mostly been fighting other Arab armies. So for every predictable Arab defeat, there has to be an equivalent surprise Arab victory. And while we’re at it, also worth mentioning that about half of Israel’s Jewish population come from Arab countries. Some were even educated there!
