At least the Chinese AI companies are doing good service open-sourcing their models back to the public.
- mitxela 17d agoThere are no open-source LLMs. There are only downloadable LLMs, with no source for the model being provided. The source for the training and inference programs is not the source for the model itself, which would be the training set, training program, and random seeds.
