- agos 8d agothat's why timeboxing is such a powerful choice. You decide you ship on date x, and the scope of the work adapts to the time available, instead of the opposite
- SophiaVela 6d agoYou’re right. I know that’s the sensible approach, but I still catch myself adding “just one more thing” and pushing the date back.
