If you want a specific class, I would say creative writing. If you're looking for skills in life, mine is being able to let go. Especially at work. If you work for someone else, you HAVE to remember that your work needs to satisfy someone else. So throw away your ego, and listen (and pay attention) to criticism. You should never be afraid to speak your mind and take a stance but at the end of the day, you need to be a team player.
