- Scharkenberg 15d agoIn this context they don't. There is no license where one can use PowerPoint on Windows, but not on macOS. It would not work on Windows either, because the problem is that his account is only entitled to the web version of the Office apps. The exact wording of the message he got is platform-specific and it doesn't even mention Windows at all.
