    No it is a scientifically valid strategy. It contends 1) we are past the point of no return in climate change 2) climate change will radically change the nations of the earth and the viability of territories cause mass upheaval 3) this is inevitable and coordination will not work as you can’t expect nations drowning to act rationally or cooperatively. 4) prepare in any way you can as fast and aggressively as possible.
