And when do we restart taking society and civilization seriously? Also because age restriction to information is dumb, naïve, and fully satanic and a signal that the ones ruling cannot rule. To counter those phenomena of filthy manipulation we need an educated society, of sharp seeing intellect and clearly recognized values (see the truth well, see the superior well). The idea that access to culture can have gates already indicates absence of values. And, incidentally, there is no easy access to truth. The only way is a developed intellect. Facilitated by having societies of proper Values. So, the only way out of the general problem you mention is Education. Other pseudo-solutions like the ones proposed (restricting access on an age basis) will be only catastrophic.
