How BBC Operations dealt with 9/11
- betandr 16d agoOn September 11th 2001 a small Operations team at the BBC had the job to keep the BBC on the Internet and keep the servers running. At the time, a lot of the BBC's international-facing server capacity was in THNY, close to ground zero. Although staff in the UK were a long way away they still had a job to do. This is the incident ticket from that day and how BBC Ops responded.
