Depends what they mean by ‘full’, really. I expect the EC would be happy enough to let them opt out of the euro, say. But maybe not the working time directive.

- soco 29d agoThere are many EU countries not having, some not even planning, to adopt the Euro. So I cannot imagine this being an important discussion topic.
