I'm legitimately curious for my own early-stage CEO sake: why did you have to ask the board just to promote them?
EDIT: nvm, on re-read, I see you were just asking for feedback. I wasn't sure if you needed permission from your board to promote to CMO, etc.
- randfish 14y agoI think technically, I may not have needed board permission to make the move, but certainly any time you're promoting to officer level, you should be informing your board/investors.
